Job Description

As a private tutor cum nanny, your duties may include:
ü  Academic support: Providing one-on-one tutoring and academic assistance to the child in various subjects and assignments.

ü  Homework supervision: Ensuring that the child completes their homework and assignments on time and offering guidance and explanations when needed.

ü  Exam preparation: Helping the child prepare for exams by providing study materials, practice questions, and offering guidance on effective study techniques.

ü  Enrichment activities: Organizing and implementing educational and recreational activities outside of regular school hours to enhance the child’s learning and development.

ü  Communication with teachers: Maintaining regular communication with the child’s teachers to stay informed about their academic progress, areas of improvement, and any specific requirements.

ü  Behavior and discipline: Setting and reinforcing appropriate behavior expectations, managing disciplinary issues, and promoting positive reinforcement techniques to encourage a productive learning environment.

ü  Safety and well-being: Ensuring the child’s safety, security, and well-being always, including supervision during outdoor activities, meal preparations, and basic first aid.

ü  Communication with parents: Regularly updating and communicating with the child’s parents or guardians regarding their academic progress, challenges, and any relevant concerns.

ü  Emotional support: Providing a nurturing and supportive environment for the child, actively listening to their concerns, and offering emotional support when needed.

ü  Flexibility and adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to the changing needs and demands of the child and their family, including accommodating schedule changes, travel arrangements, and unexpected events.
